- Items need to be returned to us within 30 days of purchase in their original condition.
- All goods must be returned in the condition they were received by you with all original packaging, accessories and manuals within 30 days of purchase date.
- For change of mind returns or you have ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for all shipping costs for the item to be freighted back to us. Items should be sufficiently packaged to prevent them from being damaged during transit. Please ensure the name and address included on the purchase receipt is included with the item.
- If the item is defective or has been sent incorrectly we will organise a return pickup at our own expense, please contact us and we will arrange this for you. Please contact us within 5 business days of receipt, we will ask you to message photos of the damage or fault at this time. We will then arrange for the correct product to be shipped at our own expense, or issue you with a full refund once the item has been returned to us.
- For items with warranty claims we ask you to contact us with the date of purchase and the item name or serial number so we can work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

- We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from us to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods.
